Printing Capabilities

Our print production line has two Roland DG print and cut machines built in Japan. These two large format machines can print 1440dpi x 1440dpi photo realistic images on many different materials using their own branded Original award-winning Roland 7 colour channel eco-solvent inks. These are green guards certified to give reassurance that the ink is safe to be used in all areas and has no harmful chemical emissions while at the same time still maintaining amazing print quality.

In addition we have the only SwissQprint Nyala 3 Flatbed printer in Ireland. This flatbed printer also has a 3.2m Roll to Roll that prints to up to 2100dpi with white and varnish ink ability. This printer is the best in its class for quality, precision, and versatility of material it can print on. The Nyala 3 is an multi award winning UV LED large format printer of SwissQprint with the 3.2m x 2 metre flatbed. It has 9 configurable colour channels, high productivity provides the enormous scope which all means there are few limits on formats that can be handled.

Important to note also is the fact that the large-format printer is also environmentally friendly thanks to no maintenance, pollutant-free LED technology and minimal power consumption. SwissQprint develops and manufactures high-end UV Inkjet.

All prints produced with our swissQprint standard inks are perfectly suitable for critical environments such as schools or hospitals. Vinehall Displays uses inks that are all Greenguard and Greenguard Gold certified. Greenguard ensures that indoor products comply with strict chemical emission limits, resulting in a healthier indoor environment. We use EPA licensed https://enva.com/ to recycle waste ink and ink cleaning products.
