Ireland’s first All-Island Government Supply Expo, Pathways to Public Tendering, marked a major moment for public-sector engagement. The event brought more than 4,000 suppliers, exhibitors, and industry stakeholders to the Aviva Stadium.

As an official Aviva Stadium partner and one of Ireland’s leading exhibition stand builders, Vinehall Displays was selected to deliver the complete event build. This included all custom beMatrix shell scheme exhibition stands, full venue branding, technical delivery and on-site installation.

Project Overview : End-to-End Exhibition Stand Design and Build

Vinehall Displays transformed the Atrium, President’s Suite and President’s Terrace into a fully functioning exhibition environment capable of supporting hundreds of exhibitors and thousands of visitors.

Our team delivered an end-to-end solution, including:

Early spatial and layout planning
Technical drawings and event coordination
Installation of all beMatrix shell scheme stands
Printed and digital branding throughout the venue
Feature areas, lighting integration and AV mounting
Full on-site delivery and derig

A standout element of this project was the use of a fully bespoke beMatrix system across the exhibition. This modern, modular system provided a premium, consistent and professional build for every exhibitor, aligning with the expectations of a national government-led event.

We also managed the full branding programme, including entrance branding, directional signage, internal graphics and display panels, ensuring a unified identity throughout the stadium.

Sustainability was central to the project.

The beMatrix system significantly reduced waste and transport emissions thanks to its reusable aluminium frames and compatibility with low-waste fabric or panel graphics.
