Crafting Transformational Experiences: Event Production at Lansdowne Football Club for Howden Insurance

Celebrating Partnership, Creativity, and Sustainable Innovation in Ireland

Vinehall Displays partnered with Howden Insurance and Detail Management to deliver full event production for the British & Irish Lions’ inaugural Aviva Stadium fixture. The event took place at the renowned Lansdowne Football Club, where our team transformed the venue into a premium branded environment for guests and partners.

As a leading event production company in Ireland, we were responsible for the complete off-pitch experience, from custom branding to staging, logistics and sustainable planning.

VENUE: Lansdowne Football Club

Project Overview : Custom Branding and Venue Transformation

From the outset, our focus was on creating an experience that reflected both the prestige of the Lions and the vibrant atmosphere of Irish rugby. We produced bespoke branding elements that were integrated throughout the venue, giving the event a cohesive and polished identity.

Across the grounds, our team designed and installed:

Bespoke graphic panels
Branded display elements
Custom exterior and interior signage
Branded touchpoints to support hospitality and match day flow

These visual elements created a welcoming, premium environment that set the tone for the occasion.

Event Staging, Bars and Furnishings

We transformed the Lansdowne Football Club grounds with elegant staging, custom-built bars and carefully selected furnishings. Each component was designed to complement the energy of match day and meet the expectations of a high-profile partner event.

Our delivery included:

Custom-built bar units
Branded backdrops and display structures
Lounge-style furnishings
Feature areas for guest interaction
Coordinated décor to elevate the space

The result was an environment that felt both vibrant and refined, supporting hospitality, celebration and connection.

Sustainable Event Production Using Reusable Materials

Sustainability played an important role in the event’s design and delivery. Wherever possible, we reused and repurposed materials, demonstrating that premium production and environmental responsibility can work hand in hand.

Our sustainable approach included:

Reuse of structures and display components
Resource-efficient design choices
Eco-conscious logistics planning
Materials selected for reuse or recyclability

These practices reflect Vinehall Displays’ commitment to sustainable event production across Ireland.
