The role itself is diverse and challenging. We are looking for someone with previous experience in the Shopfitting and Event Exhibition industry who can handle various tasks, such as working on Exhibition Stands, corporate Backdrops, General Carpentry/Cabinet Making, and Event Production/Office/Retail and home Fit-Outs. Your ability to adhere to health and safety policies, work under tight deadlines, and demonstrate strong communication skills will be crucial in this role.
Additional desirable qualifications include a full clean driving license, Manual Handling, and Safe pass certifications, as well as troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. We value enthusiasm, a “hands-on style,” and a strong work ethic in our team members.

We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Graphic Printroom Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Graphic Printroom Specialist at Vinehall, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the flawless execution of our clients’ print materials.
What you’ll do:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of our Graphic Printroom, overseeing print production processes and maintaining a smooth workflow.
- Collaborate closely with our design team, reviewing and preparing artwork files for printing to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Operate and maintain state-of-the-art printing equipment, including digital and large format printers, to produce stunning print materials.
- Conduct meticulous quality control checks, ensuring accurate colour reproduction, precise finishing, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and advancements in printing technology, making recommendations for process improvements and enhancing our capabilities.
What we’re looking for:
- A proven track record in signage/print production, preferably within a creative agency or print room setting.
- Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting digital printers and large format printers, along with a strong grasp of finishing techniques specific to signage production.
- Impeccable attention to detail, with a keen eye for spotting errors and ensuring top-notch print quality.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant design software for signage production.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, allowing you to handle multiple signage projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to navigate changing priorities and fast-paced environments in the signage production industry.
