We Designed, Project Managed, the Build and install all the Conference and exhibition elements for the GAA Healthy Club Roadshow project conference held in four locations around Ireland like Dublin’s Croke Park Hogan suite. For 300 delegates in each venue.
Experience
Delegates to each of the locations around the country, They would see our custom wooden branded directionals signs, Welcome arches and festival bunting that sent the tone of none formal event. Once they entered each hall they would be greeted into our exhibition area with our Huts used by partners of the GAA like Irish Life, Samaritans Ireland. We continued the festival feel to the event by having benches instead of chairs and continuing the bunting into the conference room with some hero images on our Black Velour drape. The pipe and drape also were used to focus the attention on the backdrop for the delegates.
