The role we are offering is for a full-time Carpenter.

We specialise in designing, building and delivering, bespoke Conference backdrops, Exhibition stands and event production work all over Ireland. We offer our staff the opportunity to work on unique and creative projects. With Covid, the role requires more flexibility in terms of types of jobs and working arrangements.

The role is diverse and the person will need to have the relevant skills and industry experience to work on a wide range of projects including exhibition stands, corporate backdrops, general carpentry/cabinet making and event production/office/retail and home fit-outs.


  • – Previous experience in the Shopfitting and Event, Exhibition industry.
  • – Ensure H&S policy is being adhered to.
  • – Full clean driving license.
  • – Strong communication skills.
  • – Ability to work to tight deadlines in a busy environment.
  • – Have a high level of enthusiasm, with a “hands-on style” and a strong work ethic.
  • – Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • – Manual Handling and Safe pass an advantageous.
  • – Be dependable, be punctual, and be flexible to work outside hours as requested by the company.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: €17.00-€21.00 per hour

We are looking for an experienced Cabinet Maker to join our expanding team.

Job Summary:

 Reporting to the Fabrication Manager you will be responsible for:

  • – Fabricate and assemble bespoke cabinets, counters, and modular exhibition and shopfitting displays using woodworking machinery from CAD drawings and cut lists in line with the company quality standards 
  • – Read CAD drawings and identify all components required for assembly 
  • – Advanced joinery assembly and manufacture skills required – the ability to work with all finishes including veneers, laminates, and painted finishes 
  • – To ensure correct and safe use of hand tools, power tools, and factory machines 
  • – Ensure the highest standard of assembly is carried out at all times 
  • – Ensure that you are working in line with current health and safety standards 
  • – Take full responsibility for all health and safety issues for which he/she is responsible

Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications:

  • – Minimum 2/3 years cabinetmaking/joiner workshop experience after qualification 
  • – Exhibition or Shopfitting trade experience or trade qualification is essential 
  • – A full driving license is not essential but advantageous 
  • – Ability to read CAD drawings and identify all components required for assembly 
  • – Fluency in English is essential both written and verbal 
  • – Strong knowledge of technical specifications of joinery and cabinet making products 
  • – Experience in using hand tools, power tools 
  • – Team player

We are looking for a highly motivated solutions-driven Operation/Production Manager with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to manage our production, warehousing, and site installation teams to deliver best-in-class productivity, quality, and safety standards.  


  • – Ensure customer orders are completed on time and to budget and that the highest quality standards and targets are met. 
  • – Responsible for the Health, Safety & Welfare of the production, warehouse, and installation teams. 
  • – Plan and draw up a production schedule and weekly rosters for production and site installation teams. 
  • – Attend weekly production meetings with other departments to plan the weeks’ production and project install schedule. Ensure that all relevant information is available to enable all operations to run as efficiently and are as cost-effective as possible. 
  • – Develop workflow policies and procedures that improve efficiency without compromising safety or quality. 
  • – Management of dispatch and logistics functions to ensure on-time delivery of customer orders. 
  • – Communicating regularly with upper management regarding problems or issues impacting production and providing solutions to minimize the impact on production schedules. 
  • – Provide monthly reports to senior management on quality control, production numbers, costs, safety, and other agreed KPI’s for the production, warehouse, and installation teams. 
  • – Organize equipment repair and routine maintenance whilst ensuring minimal downtime.  
  • – Overall management of purchasing and stock control function to ensure efficient on-site stock levels whilst negotiating best pricing and delivery with suppliers. 
  • – Monitor productivity rates and production standards and implement quality control improvement programs as necessary. 
  • – Attend projects sites on a regular basis to audit installation quality and productivity, meet clients, and be involved in rectifying any onsite issues to the satisfaction of the customer.  
  • – Ensure staff complies with all company procedures and policies. 
  • – Conduct regular staff appraisals to review worker performance and identify improvement and training needs. 
  • – Work with HR on hiring and onboarding new staff.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

  • – 10+ years of Operations/Production management experience in the same or similar industry. 
  • – Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills; able to manage projects simultaneously without compromising on standards and quality. 
  • – Excellent business acumen and strong commercial awareness. 
  • – Experience in implementing continuous improvement projects. 
  • – Advanced interpersonal, team-working, and leadership skills. 
  • – Ability to communicate effectively at all levels both within the organization and externally with customers/suppliers. 
  • – Analytical thinker with demonstrated problem-solving skills. Results-driven with the ability to motivate a team to help them understand the need for results. 
  • – Ability to work well under pressure, under the minimum direction, and within a strict deadline environment. 
  • – Proven ability and agility to embrace new systems, processes, technology, and ideas.
