Our Process
STEP ONE
In the planning phase, we’ll discuss your brand objectives and marketing goals. We’ll listen to and understand the core conference message. Based on our conversations, we’ll create mockups of our vision for your set design. Our experienced team has no limits in terms of creativity, allowing us to present clever, functional yet impactful design pieces.
STEP TWO
Once you have approved our designs we will move to creating and managing a schedule to deliver the event. Key aspects here will be detailed discussion with the chosen venue and preparation for the logistics involved for your stands and decor as well as food and beverages.
STEP THREE
The most important and exciting part of the process is when we set up. Now it’s time to bring your set design to life. Our team of installers will work together with the venue ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
